Cafe Amalia in Welland

The owners are absolute sweeehearts! I had a fantastic espresso while sitting on the patio. Cafe Amalia is a hidden gem in Welland that is worth stopping for the inviting atmosphere. They will treat you like family!

Our group of visitors from New Zealand were in despair at finding decent coffee in Canada. A search on the Garmin produced a long list of Tim Horton establishments with Cafe Amalia as an oasis of quality. Chuck and Amalia are the two most lovely friendly people you could ever hope to meet and their coffee was outstanding.Five stars, with honours

Today I had the pleasure of having a lunch at Cafe Amalia . I was with some friends and we were offered sandwiches. Little did we know we would enjoy the best Italian sandwiches we’ve ever had! They were outstanding! The care we received was top notch. I felt as though I was at a friend or family’s home-Right down to the honey in the tea. Thank you Chuck and your beautiful wife. We need more restaurants that feel like family

It's such a historical spot, Italian Gelato, I went there for a school little tour in Italian Class and the Gelato was amazing. Personal favorite: Tiramisu. And I believe it's family owned so it's always nice to support places like that, the people there are so kind. I really recommend this place if you wanna try something new!
